2. The built-in ceramic insulating cavity is precision ground and equipped with a thermistor positioning device to ensure consistent product reliability.
3. Utilizes a ceramic metallization process to metallize the ceramic body head, directly laser-welded to the aluminum shell and ceramic insulator. This ensures stable and consistent internal structure, extremely high reliability, and no damage to the internal insulation or external structure.
4. The ceramic body head is metallized using a ceramic metallization process, with a ceramic layer in the middle isolating it from the insulating cavity, achieving insulation-conductivity separation. This meets national 3C safety regulations, enhancing insulation and eliminating the need for grounding.
5. Aluminum-clad ceramic metallization increases the thermal conductivity of the ceramic; a flat thermistor increases the ceramic's thermal conductivity area; and insulation uses thermally conductive silicone adhesive that can withstand high temperatures up to 300 degrees Celsius. This ensures high temperature sensitivity and consistency, as well as reliable insulation. 6. The cavity-insulated encapsulation reduces structural volume, lowers production costs and processes, and improves production efficiency, enabling fully automated production.
